You will be provided a primary contact who is responsible for organising the cleaning services and schedule. They are the contact for everything and have considerable autonomy to make sure our clients are looked after - you don't need to talk with a different account manager, area manager or office team. If there is something they are not able to organise they can talk directly with our Director.
If they are a cleaning company that follows all legal requirements, including Health and Safety and employment relations then our prices should be comparable. If they are significantly cheaper we would advise you to ask about their business practices.
Initial contracts are for three months, followed by automatic monthly renewal. We do not believe in locking in clients for a longer term however are aware it can take a few cleans to bring cleaning up to the standard our clients require, especially without an initial deep clean.
We always prefer to use our own as we are responsible for the maintenance of equipment and quality of work.
